The Work Behind the Reviews
Many of the stories people share start with one of a few kinds of visits.

Custom work makes up another share. Debra Borders, who founded the store with her husband John, leads custom design, and customers review CAD mockups before their piece is made. Some bring old rings to rework, others bring a sketch. The process is laid out on the custom jewelry design page.
Then there are the repairs: a ring sized for a new owner, a pearl strand restrung, a prong rebuilt before a stone could fall out. Darren Cramer handles that work on site, and a watchmaker, Dan Mongeon, takes care of watches. The full list is on the
